MARVEL Female Comics Event Entry!

MARVEL FemComicsEvent Entry with Caity as Writer / Director, me as Art/Color/Lettering.

It was to draw attention to female characters in the Marvel Universe, and for female writers and artists to team up and showcase one of those characters. Teams could use a Slice of Life style story, an origin story that could be rewritten if canon wasn't deemed very... interesting or acceptable, or the chosen character getting a new and positive start, or whatever the teams preferred that showed potential and positivity with their chosen characters. As long as it was three pages long. 

Caity and I chose Janet Van Dyne, aka Wasp! Decided that her background/ origin story didn't involve enough of her own choices and her controlling her circumstances, so we took a crack at a new origin story for her. 

Caity and I also decided that we've got plans to continue our own project of this version of Janet's adventures, since she's one of the original Avengers in 616, and the fact that we liked this event and working with each other that much xD. 

First crack at a comic! tough work, but worth it!
