Edit 3: August 26:

Progress on my Dobby animation with implemented critique from my instructors and peers.

Changed the timing on the arm/hand gesture,
fixed the mouth sync and vowels,
made the eyebrows more expressive,
made the torso less stiff,
tried to fix the weird arm-through-torso thing,
added more nuance to the eyebrows for accentuation on some phrases,
fixed the turn at the end to have a weight shift

Temporary upload until I figure out how to use yt uploading again lol-- the resolution got squished down vertically...

Hello, Clarice~ /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\

Working on a lipsync animation with the Dobby rig.
Super excited, this rig is awesome! And really fun to play with. I'm having him sync to a line from Silence of the Lambs.

I'm planning on having this done by the end of the week, if not sooner! I can't stop working on it. Too cool.

Edit 1: A preview render shot (unsmoothed) and a playblast.

Edit 2:

Things suggested to work on:
- hand "glitch" when first coming apart from steepled fingers
- timing of arms open pose; might be a little fast
- mouth shapes; emphasize the f, v, b, m; hold for 2 frames to register
- make torso less rigid; fit with dialogue more

Thanks to those who helped me out with critique!
